HOW TO BOOK FLIGHTS ONLINE

Booking online through our website is the easiest way to book your cheap flights. You can get the latest special offers, find out about our amazing low fares and avoid exorbitant agent fees.

To book your flights using our website, follow these simple steps:

1. CHECK AVAILABILITY

Enter your origin/departure city or airport, destination city or airport, travel dates and number of passengers in the “Search & Book Your Flight” box on the Flights booking engine. Click "Start Search" to check availability.

To view flights on other dates please select the “My dates are flexible” box. If selected the system will display available flights and fares in a 7 day (+/-3 days) calendar display for multiple carriers.

2. SELECT YOUR PREFERRED FLIGHT

All the available fares on your chosen travel dates will now be displayed on screen.

Once you have found your preferred flights please select them on the right hand side by clicking the orange “Select” botton.

You can refine the search by re-selecting your origin, destination, travel dates and number of passengers.

3. ENTER PASSENGER DETAILS

If you are happy with the flight times and fares you have selected, press “Book Basket”.

You can do a quick registration before booking, so that on your next visit to our website you will just login and book your flight without having to complete the booking form. You can equally book without registering.

To book, press “Continue” to enter passenger details.

Enter all required details for passengers travelling on your booking. Names must be a precise match with the passengers’ passport or documentation. Enter your contact details and inform us if you have any special requests.

4. CONFIRM FLIGHTS

To proceed to the next step of your booking, confirm that you have read and agree to the carrier’s and our terms and conditions before pressing “Next Step”.

How can I cancel my hotel reservation?

Send us an e-mail with the subject "Reservation cancellation". Indicate the name of the hotel and the dates. We will reply as soon as possible. See our sales terms for charges incurred by cancellation.

I wish to rent a car with a driver; are your drivers safe professional drivers?

Yes, all our drivers are professional drivers. Your safety is our priority!

Does the car rental price include fuel?

No, car rental prices are exclusive of fuel. The car is delivered to you with full tank, and you are expected to return it with full tank.

I would like to return the car in another city. What is the cost of this?

This depends on the distance between the city where the car was delivered to you and the new city. First we will agree on the time and place for the return; then, we can give you a quote for that service. The approximate cost is determined by the distance and the vehicle.
